Customer First, Always

Boss: (Shouting) Little Johnny, come to my office immediately!
Little Johnny: Yes, sir! (Hurries into the office)
Boss: Little Johnny, I just spoke to the customer who left,

and I noticed you were arguing with him. I’ve told you repeatedly—the customer is always right. Do you understand? Little Johnny: Yes, sir! The customer is always right.
Boss: Good. So, what exactly were you arguing about with that customer?
Little Johnny: Well, sir, he said my boss is stupid and an idiot.
Boss: (Shocked and angry) That foolish man! What did you say to him in response?
Little Johnny: (Pauses, looking serious) I told him he’s right.
