Gabbard Sends Criminal Referral to DOJ Making Bombshell ‘Russiagate’ Claims Against Obama

The Department of Justice has confirmed receiving a criminal referral from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. The referral concerns Gabbard’s explosive allegations that officials from the Obama administration “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to push a narrative of Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election.

Gabbard claims newly released unclassified documents provide “overwhelming evidence” that then-President Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for the Trump-Russia collusion narrative shortly after Donald Trump’s election victory. She has called for full investigations and prosecutions of those involved, citing the need to protect the integrity of the democratic system.

Appearing on Fox News, Gabbard described the findings as “historic,” noting the documents show that Obama directed the alleged conspiracy weeks before leaving office. She emphasized that this is not a partisan issue but one that threatens the foundation of American democracy.

Former President Trump reacted by posting a video on Truth Social featuring a montage of Democrats, including Obama, stating “no one is above the law.” The video ends with a fictional AI scene of Obama being arrested in the Oval Office.

In related developments, Senator Chuck Grassley is preparing to release newly declassified materials connected to the 2018 DOJ Inspector General report. These focus on the FBI’s handling of Hillary Clinton’s email investigation, which had concluded without charges despite acknowledging mishandling of classified data.

Democratic Congressman Jim Himes harshly criticized Gabbard’s revelations, claiming her rhetoric was dangerous and inciting, particularly in light of the inclusion of former CIA Director John Brennan in her accusations.
