President Donald Trump, 78, has received a clean bill of health following a comprehensive physical on April 11 at Walter Reed Medical Center. A memo released April 13 by White House physician Dr. Sean Barbabella detailed Trump’s medications, fitness, and recent procedures.
Trump now weighs 224 pounds, down 20 pounds from 2020. He takes Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe for cholesterol, a low-dose aspirin for heart health, and Mometasone cream for a minor skin issue.
Dr. Barbabella reported that Trump is in “robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function” and fully fit to serve. His active schedule and regular golf contribute to his improved health. He also underwent successful cataract surgery and a routine colonoscopy, which revealed only common, non-serious findings.
The memo confirmed all vaccinations are current. Trump celebrated the news on Truth Social, saying, “I have never felt better.”
Though critics have raised concerns about his memory, the physical report showed no cognitive issues. Trump’s team dismissed speculation from media and relatives as political noise.
Supporters point to the report as proof that Trump remains healthy, sharp, and ready to lead — even as the oldest president ever to serve.
